Animals don't stretch. They do fast however (against their will of course). Which one is probably better, the natural or forced one?
One question that remains is regarding dynamic stretching. What does everyone think?
- ams6110 8y agoAnimals do stretch. My dog will often stretch after waking up from sleep.

- cm2012 8y agoAnimals stretch all the time. Evidence: My cats and dog do it all the time.
- jjoonathan 8y agoNot like a yoga class or exercise group.
- loco5niner 8y agoHave you not heard of "downward-dog"? My moms dog does this move every time he gets up...
- beilabs 8y agoMy Nepalese dog must not be an animal; because she stretches all the time.....not against her will either. Here is a playlist of animals stretching. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4OyzsmJE0Y0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4OyzsmJE0Y0 My favourite is a chipmunk doing the deed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LjIuKKmBrTI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LjIuKKmBrTI EDIT: Said actual cute stretching playlist: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4OyzsmJE0Y0&list=PLycYZfnbK0nnqZ3Y6DpUTDLoLIGmNE8Q1 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4OyzsmJE0Y0&list=PLycYZfnbK0...
- komali2 8y agoThat wasn't a playlist of animals stretching, it was a single adorable video of a cat, followed by an ear rending series of some young sibling hosted tv series thing that I'll never forgive you for subjecting me to
- beilabs 8y agoWeird how that happens however totally worth it for the bonus chipmunk video above. Updated the playlist link. :D
- ddoran 8y agoAs soon as I grab my dog's lead, he does a full deep body stretch. This, more than anything else, convinces me that stretching is important. If only I'd do something about it.
