By saying that there will be no new petrol/diesel cars sold by 2035, you can guess that most cars will be electric by 2045. That means that investment can take place in setting up charging infrastructure around the country. Now businesses can invest in charging networks, safe in the knowledge that the demand will come. It's not here yet but it will be there.
