Edit: the law only requires three women directors for board over six in size, not 50% of the board. Corrected.
- thanatos_dem 8y agoAh, you’re right, I was looking at an out of date list of board members. So they’ll only need to hire 1 additional woman. The bill requires there to be at least three women on boards with six or more members. Not pairity, just 3.
