Who benefits the most from the work your SO does... employees or the corporation? As others point out, they are to be avoided at all costs! And usually play a really bad gate-keeping role when it comes to IT hiring. It's a hard thing to learn early in your career.
- Humdeee 8y agoAre you actually asking? If so, I think you misinterpreted my post. Please re-read, we agree. If HR has anything to do with any part of the technical interviewing process, the company is already misplacing their use. I won't touch HR with a ten foot pole unless absolutely necessary.
