Just want to add: if anyone running iOS, you might want to try DNSCloak[1] which is a small wrapper over dnscrypt-proxy. I've been using it for a while and it has been reliable so far. I also run my own DoH server in Singapore that block adverts[2] with Ansible script to deploy it to any FreeBSD servers[3] :-) Edit: looks like mine doesn't supported running with Intra quite yet.
