Make sure you don't stay in the same position for over 3-4 years. Make sure you get promoted or look elsewhere.
IMO: Being too comfortable in the same position is not good enough
- coj337 8y ago+1 I've seen lots of people work in the same position because they're afraid they won't be able to cope with a new job. When they finally go elsewhere the job assumes knowledge of stuff they just never learned that would've been understandable a few years before. Explore your options, never settle.
