You're telling me you can't tell the difference between a person and a recording over the phone?
- komali2 8y agoThe article is more about Twitter bots and the like. I'm assuming this gives enough teeth to law enforcement for, say, Twitter to turn over records I sure hope it has on who is botting on their website.
