Ask HN: Largest historical profits to SLOC ratio?

I was wondering about this the other day: in the history of software which project, product, or company has the largest profits-earned per line-of-source-code ratio? Obviously not accurately quantifiable but ball-park figures welcome. I guess whomever wrote Bitcoin would be a strong contender but maybe there are better examples?
