I am a masocist, i wouldn't be in development getting insulted by a lifeless computer everyday if i was normal. Anyone who insults me and motivates to offer my best, gets my respect and best work. Heck, i would work for more hours if you can offer me such cortisol+dopamine effect which comes from such treatment. Think about this. Who struggles with a lifeless computer when they only get the sufferings and frustration which comes with it? Swearing at me is the least you could do to provoke any response.
