Speaking for myself as target market (and assuming there are a lot of people like me): I avoid those "company approved enterprise" systems as much as possible, going as far as bending the rules to avoid them. Wouldn't touch them with a stick, and that goes for most enterprise systems. And then I use some wiki/whatever tool + email to organize my hiring. I'm not aiming to be the PeopleSoft or the SAP of hiring, I'm aiming to be the Basecamp of hiring.
