Studio bosses frequently have endings changed after audience tests, for example Army of Darkness, Titanic, Goodfellas ect. the writer(s) don't get to choose so I guess this Netflix scheme is more transparent but a possibly worse solution.
- saudioger 8y agoI'd also argue that those are bad changes, but I know where you're coming from.
- daveFNbuck 8y agoWould you rather be able to choose between the original and bad ending, or do you prefer the current system that forces the bad one as the only option?
- jstarfish 8y agoI'd rather have the current system over endless debates concerning which ending is the "right" one.
