- evermike 8y agoWe do no offer any revenues/profits sharing for employees. Just very competitive salary. But maybe we will consider this in the future. In addition, it is still not very common in Belarus. Even in terms of legislation.
- GordonS 8y agoSerious question: why would you assume profits are shared among employees, rather than the 99% case of them simply being paid a salary?
