- lawnchair_larry 8y agoI don’t think that comment is unsubstantive. It’s legitimately difficult to navigate this, especially given that the expectation is that gender is fluid, trans people in various stages of transition exist, and more emphasis is being placed on defaulting to generic or self-identified pronouns than assuming pronouns based on appearance.
