- Freak_NL 8y agoI think these people exist, and that their complaints are valid. I also think that the percentage of people who complain about it is not significant enough for Google to perceive this as more than a minor public relations issue. 1‰ of GMail's users complaining effectively means that a lot of people are miffed, but it may well be that this is totally acceptable and expected as far as Google is concerned.
- michaelmrose 8y agoThe majority of average users now access their email via their phones. Desktop access to email should focus on the people that actually use it.
