What does stepping down as chairman but not CEO entail practically?
- threeseed 8y agoHe’s lost control of the board. Which means they have the ability to remove him as CEO.
- ztjio 8y agoIt means he can be fired.
- icelancer 8y agoIt seems irrelevant but it's actually really significant. The board of directors is back in charge. Though shareholders currently massively back Elon, there is no guarantee it will always be that way.
