Can he remain on the board as a regular board member? It only says he's stepping down as (and forbidden for three years from being) chair.
- notatoad 8y agoI would assume yes, but he wouldn't be eligible for either of the two new independent board seats and can't keep the chairman's seat, so for him to remain on the board would require one of the existing board members to give up their seat to him.
- zwily 8y agoNot if an existing board member becomes chairman.
