In every company I have been there had been some level of bullying. The result usually is that options were not discussed, people left or get depressed, long non-paid hours produced no real results as work was done in the wrong projects, etc... Bullying in school or politics has even worst consequences. There is a lot of untapped potential in human society. Bullying has a high toll on society.
