(read the part titled "Mixing up blue and green") seems to say that people with color-blindness in general may have a harder time with blues and greens. This further supports my experience given that I'm not color blind and have trouble sometimes with these colors. Green and Blue are just really similar perceptively. All this said, you may be correct that there's no such thing as blue-green color-blind, and maybe that's not the best word to describe what I'm trying to say.
