Are they under-estimating that 90 million people (out of 2 billion accounts) have to log back in? I had to log back in and so did 6 out of the 8 people I've asked so far. Purely anecdotal, but it just seem unusual that if only 5% of accounts are affected that so many of the people I talk to would be potentially affected.
