NIST: Computer Security Resource Center Glossary
- excalibur 8y ago...This is here why?
- jlgaddis 8y agoWhy did you post such a pointless comment here? In case it wasn't obvious, someone presumably found it interesting -- and, in case you weren't aware, you aren't required to click every link or like every submission.
- excalibur 8y agoThat was rude. My question was for the users who put it there, I want to know what it is they find so interesting about a glossary.
- ramoz 8y agoanyone have recommended stacks/tooling to be able to integrate security day 1 in development. (CI/CD, continuous monitoring etc all geared towards NIST & ATO?) Looking to impeded business/mission feature development as little as possible, but security is just as important.
- bdamm 8y agoNIST has over the years built up an amazing library of resources on seriously hardened security mechanisms. In fact, I think it is not going too far to claim that NIST is to computer security what IEEE is to physical encoding. This glossary is remarkably complete. Good share, I for one find it interesting. If anyone wants to get into serious computer security, reading even the introductory material within some of the more important documents contains plenty of enlightenment.
