Getting a job is about networking. My little brother graduated this past summer from University with an gasp Anthropology degree and he has 3 job offers to decide from. The big difference is that he schmoozed the shit out of his TAs and professors for the past couple years. His advisors were basically falling over recommending him to their peers. I doubt this reverse job application will work. Networking with friends and peers will.
