Using the conditional boot loading, aren’t there structural differences in ActiveRecord queries/scopes that would run under 3.2 but not 5.2? Did GH just rewrite those scopes in their respective models and maintain a ton of if/else blocks for the different versions? And if so, didn’t they run into issues without the code not being DRY, e.g. someone fixes a 3.2 query, but not the corresponding 5.2 version?
