Which metric do you use which is never wrong? Or do you perform a full-on interview for every person who sends you a resume?
- ralmidani 8y agoOf course not. But finding talent is far more subtle than "how many years has this person been in industry?" That doesn't account for passion, motivation, how much they learned and accomplished on the job, etc.
