As of today most people seem to want a hole to attach it to a keyring. So it's kind of hard to have even usb-a on one side and usb-c on the other side. Let alone lightning. If you want to give it a try, we'll open source the hardware soon under CC BY-SA. It'd be great to see what you come up with.
