Hi Tom, I've been waiting two months for a minor ticket (#8991) to get pushed to production. I totally understand development priorities, and especially the challenge of high-volume production environments. I've heard the development environment of Github described as extremely agile: being driven by individual desires rather than being directed by management, as is typical of a top-down organization. My question is this: Does that impact your support decisions? Or, am I seeing an effect from your recent success and growth, being unable to keep up with support requests? Thanks!
