I have priced some popular computer vision APIs and found you can get a human in southeast Asia to do the work cheaper... Something seems wrong with that!!!
- captain_perl 8y agoOpenCV is free and used for important projects at companies including Yahoo! and others.
- zo1 8y agoOpenCV won't do the recognition/task for you, which is what the OP was referring to. In a nutshell, it's a bunch of useful tools/building-blocks. It's up to you to use them in the right way, and then apply CV algorithms + training so that it can do something.
