A commercial business is not allowed to pick and chose who it’s customers are?
I’m not picking sides in this discussion, only curious to understand your viewpoint and to learn more about what legal boundary PayPal crossed.
- bdcravens 8y agoThere is an entire category of laws dedicated to discrimination by businesses, yes. The question is here is whether Mr. Jones is part of a protected class, and how broadly a company can use their terms of service (which is essentially discrimination by policy)
- patrickg_zill 8y agoThey are in the manner of a public utility... they don't get to pick and choose. Should Alex Jones not be able to send mail? Should Alex Jones not be able to get a phone line?
