Taken as presented, on the terms the writer gives us, I'm curious if this is a de facto 'movement', or if it is a natural (and IMO welcomed) evolution of the workplace?

- iamdave 8y agoWhen someone describes something as a movement I think various actors making conscious choices towards a prescribed point or condition or state of being, whereas the natural evolution I speak of is more of an change that comes from various actors resulting in that state of being or condition-a result that occurs organically in a marketplace or industry. I suppose at surface level they would be seen as one in the same but unpacked there may be critical distinctions. I'm willing to concede this may be splitting hairs but I hope that answers your question. Thanks for showing up to ask!
