You have the same bank as I do, Rabobank. My suggestion would be to contact them and demand the money back. I've had similar problems when other companies stole money from my account. I've called Rabobank and they've gotten my money back. Forget about PayPal they'll never help you. It's not in their interest. In The Netherlands once you give a company the right to take money out of your bank account you have to watch them. Because they can take as much money out of your account as they want whenever they want. And their only consequence as far as I can tell is that I can ask for it back and get it.
