It was the indiana story. Everyone on the scene was sure he was dead. The exact words my friend used: "I just saw someone die". What's really shocking is hearing the police department issue flat out lies about what happened. Edit: after I wrote the original post, due to the fact that somebody caught it on camera it looks like there will be an investigation after all- I'm glad.
