Despite the weird formatting and general buzzwordiness I actually enjoyed this quite a bit.
Chapter 2 resonated the most, finding a meaningful metric and then measuring against that is something every engineer should do, not just in SW, but sadly it's very common that teams just bumble along hoping for the best.
