- mc32 8y agoIt's advantageous to have a warm deep water port [Sevastopol] so you can mobilize your navy easily in the middle of winter --as well as allows for the trade of good during winter months-- both things which allow offensive and defensive options.
- gandhium 8y agoThey already had a warm deep water port there before Sevastopol. Any other "exposures"?
