Fixed wing and let the thrust-vectoring pitch it over for forward-flight. Pitch up for SpaceX style landing.
- ansible 8y agoIt's been done with two electric motors. This is the E-flite X-VERT: https://www.horizonhobby.com/efl1800 https://www.horizonhobby.com/efl1800 You can fly it like a regular plane, or hover like a quad. It doesn't do that well hovering in wind though.
