The changes that Satya implemented were only possible because the majority of employees agreed with his vision.
Anecdotally speaking, the culture enforced by Ballmer was not that popular among Microsoft's employees.
- sureaboutthis 8y agoYour two sentences contradict each other. If Ballmer's implementations were unpopular with employees, why did he hold office for so long? What I'm saying is, employees don't get to decide how a company is run.
