- MaxBarraclough 8y agoCache sizes have been increasing for years. I'm not sure what you're suggesting, or how it would diminish from this software-oriented approach.
- gpderetta 8y agoCaches are significantly less dense than normal ram. You wouldn't be able to fit gigabytes in the same area. They would probably be more expensive as well.
