I am a die hard LeCroy user and fan, but recommend the rigol when asked what to buy. For most people, my criticisms of it are of no concern (I am frequently chaining instruments with GPIB and operating them remotely, and the usb stuff on the rigol doesn't fit into that and just too slow.)
