- sgt101 8y agoPhysics > law > hope. There is one bearer that is shared between all the wireless connections in a cell - the EM spectrum. Cells interfere with each other, so if you drop the power and up the frequencies of the cell you can have more cells in the same area but as you go up the frequencies to do that you have problems with things like walls and trees and also you have to have a wired network to provide the backhaul.
