- walterbell 8y agoOccupants of a house are usually aware when a warrant is served. "Exploration" of iCloud accounts is remote, e.g. ongoing surveillance in search of data to justify a warrant. It can be done by law enforcement from multiple countries globally, while searching of a house is performed by local law enforcement operating under local law.
