Thanks for the feedback - the auto capitalization is a great idea, as is turning the default recipe name into an easily removed placeholder. Definitely planning on adding a SousChef importer into a future release - please feel free to shoot me an email as I'm sure I'll need a few folks with existing recipe databases to help test against.
