How are you using messenger.com on mobile? I use it on the desktop, but on mobile, the website just links to the app.

  Messenger Lite works pretty well on Android. I don't know whether it's available on iOS or not.

  If you select the Share option, one of the options on the bottom bar is actually "Request Desktop Site".
