I think this is doomed as a full-time website, once someone has traded a book they want to sit down and read it for a while before they trade again, so there will be very low traffic. This thing is great as a yearly thread though, wait for all the pressure of unwanted books to build up and then throw them into one thread. Then once the pressure has dissipated wait until next year to do it again.
