I know right? I would be bored out of my mind in an environment that doesn't have problems. I'm hired to fix problems, I don't care if it's technical, people, process, whatever. The more problems there are to solve, the more I'm challenged to fix it. When all problems are solved, then it's time to move on to a new challenge.
