As @aidos and @abraham_lincoln pointed out, an "Hello World" example is simply putting that string in a file named hello.cfm on the root of the web application and calling it with your browser, e.g. http://localhost:8080/hello.cfm http://localhost:8080/hello.cfm Before you can do that though, you need to install the CFML engine.
