- theshrike79 8y agoThe presentations aren't exactly off the cuff, that shit is vetted by two dozen lawyers. Apple doesn't 'lie'. They might stretch and embellish the truth or use very specific phrasing, but they don't lie.
- Someone1234 8y agoThis seems like needlessly trying to take an inch. Apple says statements which the average person with a fully array of facts would call untrue i.e. a lie. The fact that a lawyer somewhere can find a loophole or just enough edge for doubt, doesn't within itself disprove that. It is common tongue, common sense, a lie, a untruth, factually incorrect, etc.
