install the lg unified driver pack, download and install LGUP and the g4 dll pack from here: https://www.mylgphones.com/download-lg-up-software https://www.mylgphones.com/download-lg-up-software power off the phone, hold down the Volume up button and connect the usb cable, the phone will boot into download mode. open LGUP, select the device from the list, select the upgrade option, open your kdz or tot file and hit flash
