Why? This is a more unbiased way of getting feedback than letting your most vocal users tell you about their problems with your product. Paying users for feedback is more common in B2C apps but happens quite a bit in B2B also.
- hluska 8y ago> Why? You're adding an incentive other than "I want to improve this product because it makes $x easier" and end up with way too many "I don't know" answers. At least with vocal users (or better yet, tech support cases), you have some degree of passion. Sometimes the passion results in overstating certain problems, but that's still valid.
