We run private 4G/LTE networks using container technology. The idea is 4G delivered as WiFi for remote locations with industrial equipment. Expeto sim cards can roam off of private radios onto major carriers internationally with data paths managed by our customers i.e. access to corporate VPNs or gateway'd to the public internet.
Broad array of technologies: JVM languages (java, clojure, groovy), Postgres, docker + kubernetes, telecom networking protocols, message queues.
