The NYT's editorializing is tiresome and distracting. Why the need to mention her husband several times, and the unfounded allegation that she found opponents because of her gender, and the "bearded dudes" reference. I applaud Khan for starting this conversation, but I'm worried about misguided legislation on these antitrust issues. Internet centralization is inevitable and unstoppable, and regulations are likely to hurt competitors (in the form of increased startup costs) more than the incumbents.
