I have Kodi on my Android set top box, but as far as I can tell, when I insert a USB drive into the set top box, Kodi cannot see that drive, some other program has to mount the drive to the android file system and this is what the explorer program does.
- knaik94 8y agoDepending on how big the files are, you should look at the file system format of the USB drive. I have come across this issue with NTFS formatted drives, but I personally don't know of an automounting solution that supports files larger than 8gb.
