Ask HN: Should I join a startup with 1 200k contract?

My friend started a digital therapeutics startup, and their pilot contract is 200k, just accepted by a large hospital system. He wants to bring me on board as the CTO for about 1/3 of the company, do you think its a good idea to join? There's nothing scaleable about the technology yet, but there could be in the future.
